Series production with high repeatability
Stamping is one of our traditional activities. Using eccentric and hydraulic presses with progressive dies, we manufacture precise sheet metal parts from steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass. The technology is ideal for large series, as it enables fast, repeatable and cost-effective production.
 Capacities and dimensionsWe have presses with forces ranging from 25–250 tons and table sizes of 800x1000 mm. Progressive dies enable multiple consecutive operations (cutting, punching, bending, embossing) within a single cycle. We process sheet metal in various thicknesses. |  Equipment and automationWe use eccentric and hydraulic presses with automatic strip feeding. Part of the processes is also supported by robotics, increasing productivity, safety and quality stability. |  Quality and traceabilityCritical dimensions are regularly inspected using measuring fixtures and optical measuring systems. Each series is traceable from the material to the final product, and additional edge finishing operations are performed when required. |
